Jesse McKee was professional, detail oriented and went over and above to provide amazing “WOW” customer service on my purchase of a Honda Pilot. The entire process was smooth, expedient and streamlined. Making it all so easy to provide my information, process my credit app, provide a deposit and coordinate a day and time to test drive and finalize the purchase. Randy also provided excellent customer service in financing department to get me where I needed to be for my budget and monthly payment. We had a wonderful experience selling our Jeep Renegade to Bob Ruth Ford. Thank you Lexi for reaching out to us with a real offer and taking care of all the paperwork. It was an easy sell. Bob Ruth is the place to go if you need a new vehicle whether it be used or not. I got my Ford raptor and recently picked up a Bronco, love them both. My sales person is Darian and will always be her she is amazing and easy to get the whole process done. been to different dealerships as i like to tend to switch cars often oops 😬 but she’s your person if your trying to get a deal done.Also need a estimate/ appraisal on your used vehicle ask for Kyle the “MTN Dew” guy he’ll get you right and never cheap you out just remember to take him his drink if you wanna make him happy or race his 1000hp mustang and lose and he’ll be happy. but outside of anything it’s a good dealership and will continue to go and work with those 2 staff members. DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE, GO TO BOB RUTH AND GET YOURSELF A NEW RIDE NOW!!!!

Unfortunately I became a widow and needed to sell my husband's car. It was a daunting and emotional task getting very low offers for it when I knew how much it was worth. Then, I got a message from Kyle from Bob Ruth Ford offering me exactly what I had hoped for! Kyle was amazing to deal with, very professional, kind and offered to call me to explain the process of buying my car. I was worried as they were over an hour from where I lived and I really wasn't wanting to deal with driving that far but he said, no problem we will come to you! The next day Jerry & Jeremiah showed up, appraised the car, did the paperwork and that was it! So easy. Such an amazing, quick and easy transaction!
